1. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of August 23, 2005 No. 782 "About approval of the Procedure for acceptance by the State Customs Service of Ukraine from importers of excise goods of declarations on the maximum retail prices established by the producer or the importer on excise goods", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2005 at No. 1005/11285.

2. To department of coordination of rule-making and methodological work on the tax matters (Privalova N. E.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Ignatov A. P.
