About carrying out experiment on use of the electronic declaration form

According to Article 187 of the Customs code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management" and "About the digital signature", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.06.97 N 574 "About approval of the Regulations on the cargo customs declaration" (with changes and amendments) and for the purpose of simplification of procedure for customs clearance of goods and vehicles I ORDER:

1. Make experiment on use of the electronic declaration form (further - experiment), since day of entry into force of this order till 31.01.2005.

2. Approve Provisional rules of customs control and customs clearance of goods and vehicles which are declared with provision of the cargo customs declaration electronically which are applied.

3. To management of information support and customs statistics (Nikolaychuk O. O.):

implement the software necessary for carrying out experiment and provide them the customs authorities specified in item 4 of this order;

develop technology of application of the digital signature and software.

4. The venue of experiment to determine Northern, Kiev, Dnieper, Western, Podolsk, Black Sea, Crimean, Donbass, East regional both Boryspil and Sevastopol customs.

5. Till 15.01.2005 to submit to chiefs of the customs authorities specified in item 4 of the order to Management of customs regimes of Department of the organization of customs control the report on experiment and offers concerning enhancement of procedure for customs control and customs clearance of goods and vehicles with use of the electronic declaration form, and also corresponding software.
