In pursuance of item 4 of the Procedure for use in 2010 of the means provided in the government budget for the microcredit of small business entities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.10.2010 No. 923, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of carrying out tenders, the list of the documents necessary for microcredit of small business entities which is attached.
2. (Stepanyuk O. V.) to provide to department of strategy and development of small and medium entrepreneurship submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and finishing it to permission of the Ukrainian fund of support of entrepreneurship.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman S. I. Svishcheva.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
