1. Establish:

minimum necessary requirements to issue by self-regulatory organizations of certificates on the admission to works on construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of capital construction projects which exert impact on safety of subjects to use of atomic energy, according to the appendix N 1;

minimum necessary requirements to issue by self-regulatory organizations of certificates on the admission to works on preparation of the project documentation which exert impact on safety of subjects to use of atomic energy, according to the appendix N 2;

minimum necessary requirements to issue by self-regulatory organizations of certificates on the admission to works on engineering researches which exert impact on safety of subjects to use of atomic energy, according to the appendix N 3;

minimum necessary requirements to issue by self-regulatory organizations of certificates on the admission to works on construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of capital construction projects which exert impact on safety especially dangerous and technically difficult objects (except subjects to use of atomic energy), according to the appendix N 4;
