Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 24, 2011 No. 207 "About minimum necessary requirements to issue by self-regulatory organizations of certificates on the admission to works on especially dangerous and technically difficult capital construction projects, exerting impact on safety of the specified objects" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, the Art. 1932).
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2017.
