based on the Protocol of February 26, 1999 on stages and deadlines the Republic of Tajikistan works on accomplishment of conditions of agreements on the Customs union of January 6 and 20, 1995, agreed as follows:
The Republic of Tajikistan joins agreements on the Customs union of January 6 and 20, 1995 and assumes in full the rights and obligations following from them, and also decisions of governing bodies of integration and other documents concerning the purposes, the principles, conditions, stages of forming and functioning of the Customs union.
