According to the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About bases of functioning of the natural gas market", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.03.95 N 213 "About measures for ensuring activities of the National commission on questions of regulation of power industry of Ukraine" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000 N 1698 "About approval of the list of bodies of licensing" the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of 13.01.2010 No. 11 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas on regulated rate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.01.2010 for No. 28/17323, such changes:
state the name in such edition:
"About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields on regulated rate";
to add Item 1 after words of "natural gas" with words of "gas (methane) of coal fields".
2. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas on regulated rate approved by the resolution NKRE of 13.01.2010 of N 11, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.01.2010 for N 28/17323, which are applied.
