Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance (except the Instructions listed in part two of Item 1 on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (car) "The report on the financial performance of work of road transport" approved by this resolution) whose main type of economic activity are activities of road load carrying transport, activities of taxi, type of economic activity – transportations by buses.
