1. Create advisory council according to drafts of state programs.

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on advisory council according to drafts of state programs;

structure of advisory council according to drafts of state programs.

3. Subitem 6.4 of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming, financing and control over the implementation of the state, regional and industry programs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2009 No. 404 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for forming, financing and control over the implementation of the state, regional and industry programs and recognition voided separate resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 93, 5/29550; 2010, No. 131, 5/31876), after part two to add with part of the following content:
