About some measures for implementation of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 1911

1. Establish:
form of the registration certificate of the legal entity as incubator of small business according to appendix 1;
form of the registration certificate of the legal entity as the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) according to appendix 2;
form of the Register of incubators of small business according to appendix 3;
form of the Register of the centers of support of entrepreneurship according to appendix 4;
form of the work plan of incubator of small business for financial year according to appendix 5;
form of the work plan of the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) for financial year according to appendix 6;
form of information on results of work of incubator of small business according to appendix 7;
form of information on results of work of the center of support of entrepreneurship (the basic center of support of entrepreneurship) according to appendix 8.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of March 13, 2002 No. 56 "About approval of the Regulations on the commission on support of entrepreneurship for department on entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 38, 8/7896);
