1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing, except for Items 1 and 5 of changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan which become effective since January 1, 2012, and is subject to official publication.
