1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register of the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus who acquired the right to implementation of foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) approved by the resolution of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2010 No. 1 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2009 No. 593" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 56, 8/21980), the following amendments:
1.1. add Item 9 with part two of the following content:
"Access to data of the register is provided by provision by Goskomvoyenprom on requests of applicants - legal entities and physical persons, and also state bodies and other state organizations (further if other is not established, - applicants) the data specified in Item 6 of this Instruction.";
1.2. add the Instruction with Items 10 and 11 of the following content:
"10. Information from the register is provided based on request in which the data containing in the register for which provision the applicant petitions shall be specified.
