About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2009 No. 593

Based on Item 9, of the paragraph of the eighth Item 35 of the Regulations on provision of the right to implementation of foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2009 No. 593 "About some questions of the activities connected with specific goods (works, services) and export control" the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

certificate form on the right of implementation of foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) according to appendix 1;

report form about foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that reports on foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) are represented by the legal entities of the Republic of Belarus who acquired the right to implementation of foreign trade activity concerning specific goods (works, services) to the State military-industrial committee in the following terms:

for the first half of the year - till July 15 of the current year;

for the expired year - till January 15 of the year following for reporting.
