About introduction of amendments to some orders of State Customs Service

According to Articles 82, 187 Customs codes of Ukraine and provisions of the Tax code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure of customs control and customs clearance of goods using the cargo customs declaration approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 20.04.2005 N 314 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.04.2005 for N 439/10719 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. Third the subitem 29 of Item 3 to state the paragraph in such edition:

"solution of difficult questions of classification and coding of goods".

1.2. In appendix 3 to the Procedure:

the words "solution of the matter of argument of correctness of classification and coding of goods N" shall be replaced with words "the solution of difficult question of classification and the coding of goods N";

2. Bring in the Procedure for application of temporary and incomplete declarations according to customs regime of import (in case of release in free circulation) approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 30.12.2003 No. 932, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.01.2004 for N 66/8665 (with changes), such changes:

2.1. Add Item 1.6 of Chapter 1 with four new paragraphs of such content:
