1. Bring in the Instructions for use cars and containers approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 25.02.99 No. 113, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.03.99 for No. 165/3458 (with changes), change, namely to add Item 3 with the new offer of such content: "Under the contract between the freight owner and the railroad all this documents can be processed and be provided in electronic form. The procedure of electronic document management in transit of loads by rail in internal connection is regulated by appendix to the agreement on the organization of transportation of goods and carrying out calculations for transportation and the services provided by the railroad".
2. Approve Changes in the Rules of acceptance of loads to transportation approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 21.11.2000 No. 644, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.11.2000 for No. 861/5082 (with changes) which are applied.
3. Approve Changes in the Rules of issue of loads approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 21.11.2000 No. 644, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.11.2000 for No. 862/5083 (with changes) which are applied.
