About approval of the Regulations on procedure for recognition of the education documents issued in foreign states and establishments of their equivalence (compliance) to education documents of the Republic of Belarus, recognition and establishment of compliance of the periods of training, rates of the higher education in the organizations of foreign states

Based on articles 102 and 122 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for recognition of the education documents issued in foreign states and establishments of their equivalence (compliance) to education documents of the Republic of Belarus, recognition and establishment of compliance of the periods of training, rates of the higher education in the organizations of foreign states;

sample of the certificate on recognition of the education document granted in foreign state, and establishment of its equivalence (compliance) to the education document of the Republic of Belarus;

sample of the certificate on recognition and establishment of compliance of the periods of training, rates of the higher education in the organizations of foreign states.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the paragraph of the sixth of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2008 No. 68 "About some questions of the higher education" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 30, 5/26697);
