Bring in the Regulations on procedure for state registration of foreign investments approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 7, 1996 No. 928 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 16, Art. 439; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 8, Art. 344; 2004, No. 19, the Art. 1339), and the Regulations on procedure for state registration of agreements (contracts) on joint investing activities with the assistance of the foreign investor approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 1997 No. 112 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 6, page 47; 1999, No. 42, the Art. 2096), changes which are applied.
