About entering of amendment and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 1999 No. 1332 and of February 4, 2011 No. 138

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of payments for housing and communal services the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in subitem 1.6-1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 1999 No. 1332 "About streamlining of calculations of the population for use of premises and utilities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 68, 5/1526; 2001, No. 17, 5/5199; 2003, No. 25, 5/11994; 2008, No. 304, 5/28948):

after part one to add the subitem with part of the following content:

"Action of part one of this subitem does not extend to the owner of the premises using it for the location of the private unitary enterprise and not being his founder if concerning the owner of property of this company proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated.";

the second to consider part part three;

1.2. in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2011 No. 138 "About establishment for the population of rates for services in maintenance of apartment houses, the prices and rates for utilities and some measures for streamlining of calculations for these services" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 19, 5/33283):
