1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of declaring of availability of sugar by subjects of managing who make and store sugar, perform wholesale or retail trade by sugar (further - subjects of managing).
2. Subjects of managing constitute the declaration on the available sugar amounts (further - the declaration) in form according to appendix 1 in duplicate, one of which give monthly to the 5th to territorial authorities of State agricultural inspectorate for the storage location of sugar.
The storage duration of the declaration constitutes three years.
3. Territorial authorities of State agricultural inspection:
submit to five-day time summary information on the available sugar amounts on form according to appendix 2 State agricultural inspections, to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Regional State Administrations;
make explanations concerning filling of declarations and keep their account.
4. Subjects of managing bear responsibility for completeness and accuracy of the data, specified in the declaration, according to the law.
