About approval of Rules of approval of the organizations for preparation for maintenance (Part-147)
According to the Air code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law" and for the purpose of implementation in Ukraine of the European technical rules and standards I ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of approval of the organizations for preparation for maintenance (Part-147) which are applied.
2. To provide to the public air service of Ukraine:
2.1. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Bringing this order to data of the interested companies, organizations, the organizations, physical persons and legal entities which activities are connected with maintenance of flight suitability of the aircraft equipment.
3. Certificates of educational institutions of civil aviation on training of personnel on maintenance of aircrafts remain acting during the effective period established in them.
4. Declare invalid the order of Public service of Ukraine on supervision of safety of aircraft of 13.09.2004 No. 38 "About application in civil aviation of Ukraine of Joint Aviation Requirements of JAR-147 - "The approved training / экзаменование on maintenance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.09.2004 for No. 1218/9817.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
