2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2004 No. 1454 "About approval of Rules of transfer of property to the national companies, not privatizeable" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 51, the Art. 678).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
