About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2011 No. 693

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2011 No. 693 "About some questions connected with donorship of blood and its components" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 64, 5/33884) the following changes and amendments:

1.1. in subitem 1.1:

in part one:

in the paragraph the second the words "1,5 of basic size" shall be replaced with words "35 percent of the budget of the subsistence minimum on average per capita approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and existing on the date of payment implementation (further - the budget of subsistence minimum),";

third to exclude the paragraph;

the fourth or eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs tretyimdesyaty;

in paragraph three of the word "0,65 of basic size" shall be replaced with words "9 percent of the budget of subsistence minimum";

word in paragraph four of "1 basic size" shall be replaced with words "15 percent of the budget of subsistence minimum";

in paragraph five of the word "2 basic sizes" shall be replaced with words "35 percent of the budget of subsistence minimum";

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"100 percent of the budget of subsistence minimum - to the donors of the erythrocytes used for testing of serums, who executed donor function in full (dose of blood from 300 to 450 ml + 50 ml) *;";
