According to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "About external migration" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for conducting consular accounting and removal from registration accounting of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic leaving the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Regulations on procedure for conducting consular accounting and removal from registration accounting of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic leaving the Kyrgyz Republic

I. General provisions

1. This Provision regulates procedure for statement on consular accounting of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, temporarily or constantly living in the territory of foreign states, and also procedures of removal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic from registration accounting in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with their trip abroad on permanent residence.
