TN-2 "Consignment note" according to appendix 2.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction for filling of standard forms of source accounting documents TTN-1 "Commodity-transport delivery note" and TN-2 "Consignment note".
3. This resolution becomes effective since May 1, 2009.
