About the Concept of information exchange in the field of formation of the State Parties of the CIS

Proceeding from solutions of III conference proceeding of Ministers of Education of the State Parties of the CIS;

recognizing importance of information support of processes of forming of single (general) educational space of the State Parties

The conference of Ministers of Education of the State Parties of the CIS SOLVES:

1. Approve the Concept of information exchange in the field of formation of the State Parties of the CIS.

2. Prepare and approve the documents regulating responsibility of subjects of education system for creation and maintaining educational databases.

3. Consider necessary to publish annually the collection of reports on development of national education systems of the State Parties of the CIS.

Support the offer of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation on preparation and the edition of the collection of reports on development of national education systems of the State Parties of the CIS.

4. Send annually till December 1 to Computing analytical center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus information on the major actions in the field of education (conferences, seminars, meetings) held in the State Parties of the CIS.

5. Recommend to Council for cooperation to make in the field of education of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Executive committee of the CIS the offer on amendment of the draft agreement on exchange of information in the field of formation of the State Parties of the CIS Article of the following content "Coordination of interaction of the Parties on ensuring implementation of provisions of this agreement the Republic of Belarus performs".
