About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2004 No. 88

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2004 No. 88 "About approval of the price list for services of the airports, on servicing and operation of airways of the message and on air traffic control" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 70, 8/10847; 2007, No. 123, 8/16448; 2009, No. 213, 8/21396; 2011, No. 37, 8/23479) following changes and amendment:

in Chapter 2:

the seventh Item 7 to state part in the following edition:

"In case of production of take-off or landing or take off and landing by the aircraft performing regular and irregular flights, at night the payment for ensuring take-off / landing increases by 20 percent from the applied rate taking into account the discounts provided by this Item.";

in part five of Item of the 11th figure of "1,2" to replace with figures of "1,3";

the fourth Item 21 to state part in the following edition:

"When servicing in the government sector at the same time of several delegations the service fee of each delegation is determined proceeding from the applied rate with decreasing coefficient of 0,7.";
