1. Establish limiting maximum rates for services of the airports, on servicing and operation of airways of the message and on air traffic control according to appendix 1.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of the airports, on servicing and operation of airways of the message and on air traffic control.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.

4. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days after its official publication.
