1. Establish limiting maximum rates for services of the airports and aeronautical services according to appendix.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of the airports and aeronautical services.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2012 No. 47 "About rates for services of the airports, on servicing and operation of airways of the message and on air traffic control" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.08. 2012, 8/26236).
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
