1. Approve the Procedure for conducting checks of condition of legal education by judicial authorities which is applied.
2. To management of coordination of legal work and legal education (Yukht O. G.):
2.1. Provide state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.
2.2. Provide bringing this order to permission of Head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
