1. In Item 3 of the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of 28.10.2010 No. 487 "About approval of the Technical regulation concerning rules of marking of foodstuff", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.02.2011 for No. 183/18921, figure and the word "9 months" to replace with figures and the word "18 months".
2. To provide to the state company "Ukrainian Research and Training Center of Problems of Standardization, Certification and Quality" after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine its publication in the next edition of the monthly information index "Standards".
3. To provide to department of technical regulation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine - the chief of staff of Pavlenko V. P.
