According to part six of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine to requirements of the subitem "g" of Item 1 of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population", Articles 25, 43 Laws of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical litspredprinimatel" ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for assistance on unemployment, including its one-time payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of 20.11.2000 No. 307, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.12.2000 for No. 915/5136 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To submit to the director of the State jobcenter V. Galitsky this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister V. Nadragu.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
