According to the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for carrying out reforming of health care system in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk regions and the city of Kiev" and on accomplishment of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.08.2011 No. 37565/1/-11 I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1.1. Procedure for the organization of medical attendance and the direction of patients in health care institutions which render secondary (specialized) and tertiary (highly specialized) medical care which is applied.
1.2. Procedure for placement and calculation of quantity of crews of emergency medical service which is applied.
2. To chiefs of managements of health care Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk regional and Kiev city public administrations to provide accomplishment of this order.
3. (Koblosh V. V.) to provide to department of normative legal support submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Tolstanov O. K.
