According to Item 2 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of 17.02.2011 No. 3045-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather road and transport incidents and payment of insurance indemnity" and the subitem 59 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.02.2010 No. 157, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Make changes to the Adjusting factors and their sizes approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 09.07.2010 No. 566, registered 16.08.2010 for No. 689/17984, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To submit to department of standards of regulation and supervision of financial institutions together with department of legal providing this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To department of bonds with state bodies, the public and the protocol of department organizational and analytical, documentary and staffing to provide placement of this order on the official site of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine on the Internet after it to state registration.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the vice-chairman according to distribution of obligations.
