1. Approve enclosed:

Standard of provision of administrative service in implementation of issue of the certificate on obligatory national social insurance;

Standard of provision of administrative service in implementation of issue of the pension certificate.

2. To legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Kravchuk V. O.
