According to Item 3 parts one of Article 28 and article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", the subitem 12 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.02.2010 No. 157, and for the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of activities of credit unions for provision of financial services State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:

1. Approve Changes to the Licensed conditions of carrying out activities of credit unions on provision of financial services approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 02.12.2003 No. 146, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 25.12.2003 for No. 1225/8546Yu which are applied.

2. Credit unions which to the introduction in action of this order obtained license for activities on attraction of fees (deposits) of credit union members into deposit accounts have the right to credit at the expense of fees (deposits) of credit union members into deposit accounts within the current license on implementation of activities for attraction of fees (deposits) of credit union members into deposit accounts before the termination of term of its action.
