Procedure for reception of citizens in educational institutions of higher education

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure for reception of citizens in educational institutions of higher education (further - the Procedure) regulates reception of citizens of the Russian Federation (further - the citizens, persons arriving entrants), foreign citizens, stateless persons (further the foreign citizens, persons arriving entrants) in educational institutions of higher education (further - higher educational institution, higher education institution) for training in the main educational programs of higher education at the expense of means of the relevant budget, under contracts with payment of training cost with legal and (or) physical persons (further - the contract with payment of training cost), and also determines features of conducting entrance tests for citizens with limited opportunities of health.

The procedure for reception of citizens in the educational institutions realizing military professional educational programs, and the educational institutions realizing the educational programs containing the data which are the state secret is established according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Russian Federation * (1).

having secondary professional education - in case of acceptance for training in the reduced program of bachelor degree of the corresponding profile;

having higher education - in case of acceptance for training in programs of bachelor degree, programs of training of the specialist.
