Part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-t (heads) "The wages report of the heads" approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 92, 7/1564), after words of "Committee for State Security of the Republic of Belarus" to add with words ", the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
