1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of 26.09.2005 No. 557 "About streamlining of payment terms of work and approval of schemes of job grades of employees of educational institutions, organizations of education and scientific institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.10.2005 for No. 1130/11410 (with changes), such change:
the paragraph one of the note 1 of appendix 1 to the order to state in such edition:
"1. In 2012 official pay rates (tariff charges) are calculated proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of the first job grade since January 1 - 773 hryvnias, since April 1 - 794 hryvnias, since July 1 - 802 hryvnias, since September 1 - 807 hryvnias, since October 1 - 823 hryvnias, since December 1 - 839 hryvnias.".
2. To heads of educational institutions, organizations of education and scientific institutions in the staff list of organization to establish official pay rates (tariff charges) of workers since January 1, on April 1, on July 1, on October 1 and on December 1 in 2012 respectively in such sizes:
the first job grade - 1073, 1094, 1102, 1118 and 1134 hryvnias;
the second job grade - 1078, 1099, 1107, 1123 and 1139 hryvnias;
the third job grade - 1088, 1109, 1117, 1133 and 1149 hryvnias;
the fourth job grade - 1098, 1119, 1127, 1143 and 1159 hryvnias;
the fifth job grade - 1108, 1129, 1137, 1153 and 1169 hryvnias.
3. To provide to department of economy and financing (Danilenko S. V.) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
