About approval of form of the act of implementation of commission control of the vessel and procedure for its creation
According to the paragraph the sixth Item 10 of the Standard technological scheme of the omission through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of carriers and goods which move them of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 24.12.2003 No. 1989 (with changes), for the purpose of determination of form of the act of implementation of commission control of the vessel at check points for sea, river and ferry connection and procedure for its creation I ORDER:
1. Approve form of the act of implementation of commission control of the vessel at check points for sea, river and ferry connection (further - the act) which is applied where commission control is complex of actions which are performed by representatives of regulatory authorities and services in working hours of the commission.
2. The statement is drawn up by results of carrying out commission control of the vessel at check points for sea, river and ferry connection.
3. The statement is drawn up by the authorized official of the State Border Service of Ukraine who heads the commission, in one copy and is signed by all members of the commission with putting down of the corresponding marks. After completion of commission control of the vessel the copy of this act is transferred to division of customs authority.
4. The act is stored within one year in division of body of protection of frontier of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
