to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 27, 2012 No. 52
1. In Item 8 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 22, 1993 No. 151 "About approval of the Regulations on accounting treatment, estimates and realization of the confiscated, ownerless ishchestvo, the property which passed on inheritance right to the state and treasures" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, No. 3, of the Art. 11) of the word "Republican real estate exchange" shall be replaced with words "the realtor organizations".
2. From the paragraph of the third item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 26, 1999 3362 "About additional measures for implementation of the legislation on bankruptcy of the companies" (1999, No. 7, the Art. 42) the words "together with Republican real estate exchange, the agro-industrial and commodity and raw exchanges to expand network and" to exclude the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
