About establishment of the list of the organizations, their separate divisions performing sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population, turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of permits to sanatorium treatment and improvement by which are exempted from the value added tax

Based on subitem 1.19 of Item 1 of article 118 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the list of the organizations, their separate divisions performing sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population, turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of permits to sanatorium treatment and improvement by which are exempted from the value added tax, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2012.
