About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 1326
According to article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 1994 "About highways and road activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for placement, architectural registration and the equipment of objects of roadside service on highways of the general use approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 1326 "About some questions of placement of objects of roadside service" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 222, 5/28333; 2011, No. 35, 5/33480), following changes and amendment:
in paragraph five of the word "the complex is provided" shall be replaced with words "types are provided";
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"entrances in the territory of objects of roadside service and departures from them shall be with one-way traffic, at the same time on sections of republican highways I and II of category departures from the territories of objects of roadside service shall be located in the direction of travel after entrances on these territories;";
add the subitem with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"in case of the reconstruction of objects of roadside service performed without asset demolition placement of again attached buildings and constructions at distance is allowed 50 meters from the region of the carriageway if they are built not closer than the available distance from the reconstructed buildings and constructions to the region of the carriageway are closer;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose from the date of its introduction in force.
