"4.2. The consul shall consider addresses of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons, including individual entrepreneurs, legal entities of the Republic of Belarus and foreign legal entities on the questions concerning accomplishment of its functions.";
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 06.06.2013 No. 264
1.3. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 12.04.2013 No. 168
1.4. in the Disciplinary charter of bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 1999 No. 509 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 68, 1/612):
add the Disciplinary charter with Item 6-1 of the following content:
"6-1. The employee of bodies and divisions for emergency situations who found the facts of violation of the law, abuse of official position, shortcomings or omissions in work of body (division) on emergency situations shall report on it on the immediate direct superior, and then the higher chief up to the Minister of Emergency Situations (further - the Minister).";
