1. Determine that 2012 1,0352 coefficient is applied to increase in the size of pensions since March 1 according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance". The pensions estimated according to the specified Law and the Laws of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", "About the status and social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash", "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" according to addresses which arrived till December 31 of the year preceding year in which increase in pension is carried out are subject to increase.
2. Bring in Item 3 of the Procedure for increase in the size of pensions according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" in connection with growth of the average monthly salary of the staff employee approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2005 No. 341 (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2005 No. 19, Art. 1001; 2007 No. 32, Art. 1304, Art. 1312; 2008 No. 31, Art. 984; 2009 No. 19, Art. 595; 2010 No. 27, Art. 1061; 2011 No. 30, the Art. 1305), changes which are applied.
