About creation of the free economic zone Angren

For the purpose of forming of favorable conditions on attraction of foreign and domestic investments for creation of the modern high technology productions providing release of competitive products with high value added and also complex and effective use of potential and resource production of the Tashkent region, creation on this basis of new workplaces and increases in the income of the population:

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyat of the Tashkent region on creation in the Tashkent region of the free economic zone Angren (further - SEZ "Angren") with borders of the territories according to appendix No. 1.

To Goskomzemgeodezkadastr of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with khokimiyat of the Tashkent region to perform accurate delimitation of the parcels of land included in structure of the special industrial zone "Angren" in a month and to provide the corresponding allocation of land.

Determine that the parcels of land included in Angren in structure of the free economic zone are under direct authority of directorate of SEZ "Angren".

2. Ceased to be valid according to  the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 16.03.2017 No. UP-4986

3. Determine that:

the term of functioning of the free economic zone constitutes Angren 30 years with possibility of its subsequent prolongation;

during the term of functioning of SEZ "Angren" the particular tax regime and customs privileges act on its territory;

the participant status of SEZ "Angren" is provided by directorate of SEZ "Angren", on the basis of results of electronic online biddings.
