1. Create the Republican state state company "Center of the Olympic Preparation for Modern Pentathlon and Water Sports" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture;

2) the main object of activity of the company - implementation of activities in the field of sport.

3. For sport and physical culture in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Charter of the company;

2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
