About approval of the List of specialties on training in the highest and average special educational institutions
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - Approve for the state and private educational institutions the List of specialties on training in the highest and average special educational institutions stated in the annex which is integral part of this law.
Art. 2. - To the government:
take necessary measures for obligatory application of the specified list since 2000/01 academic years;
establish terms of training at full-time department in specialties and degree and the qualifications appropriated to graduates of the highest and average special educational institutions;
provide training on specialties "Right and Customs Activities", "Public Management", and also on the specialties of medical and pharmaceutical, military profile and specialties concerning protection of public order and safety of the state it is exclusive in the state educational institutions;
provide strict control according to the legislation of training on specialties of medical and pharmaceutical profile;
establish procedure for approval of plans of training in private educational institutions.
