According to the Laws of Ukraine "About employment of the population", "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 389, the Procedure for issue, prolongation of effective period and cancellation of permissions to use of work of foreigners and stateless persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 08, 2009 No. 322, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Technical description on the form of permission to use of work of foreigners and persons without citizenship in Ukraine which is attached.
2. Determine that the forms of permissions to employment of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in Ukraine issued to the introduction in operation of this order are valid before the termination of term of their action.
3. Use of forms of permissions to employment of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in Ukraine to perform before their final use.
4. To provide to department of the labor market and employment (M. Lazebnaya) submission on state registration of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
