About approval of the Technique of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state support of industrial and innovative activities, the areas performed by state bodies, local executive bodies, the cities of republican value, the capital, and also the subjects of industrial and innovative system performing support of industrial and innovative activities

According to item 4 of article 12 of the Law "About the State Support of Industrial and Innovative Activities" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Technique of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state support of industrial and innovative activities, the areas performed by state bodies, local executive bodies, the cities of republican value, the capital, and also the subjects of industrial and innovative system performing support of industrial and innovative activities.

2. To provide to development department of industries of economy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan (A. Sabyrzhan, лы) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Iskandirov A. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration and is subject to official publication.
