About approval of form of the accompanying waybill on oil products
In pursuance of article 36 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts in the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of streamlining of accounting and control of receipt of fuels and lubricants the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Form of the accompanying waybill on oil products.
2. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About accounting of oil products and application of control seals in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 27, 2006 No. 461 the following changes:
in Regulations on the accounting treatment and control of oil products and application of control seals in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:
- in Item 5 of the word "The State Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on Taxes and Fees (Further — GKNS)" shall be replaced with words "Authorized tax authority";
- in Item 6 of the word "The state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees" shall be replaced with words "the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- in Item 10 of the word of "the relevant management of the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees" shall be replaced with words "territorial tax authority";
- in Item 11 of the word of "committee on taxes and fees" shall be replaced with words "territorial tax authority";
